Increase the speed, quality, and availability of the existing customer service and attract new customers.





SOLUTION
 

Based on the analysis of the automotive service customers behavior we set the objective of the application: keep the customer updated on the work being done.

The functionalities of the app included sending notifications on the changes in the work process, contacting the service manager by pushing a button, and watching the car being repaired in online mode.

The app helped reduce churn and attract new customers via positive reviews of the app’s functionality.
