Develop a mobile app that can work online and offline helping couriers choose the best routes, assemble orders, and deliver goods for pets thus letting the stakeholder significantly improve the quality of customer service.
We developed a mobile app that integrates with the customer’s CRM system and can work in a standalone mode. Based on a series of discussion sessions, stakeholder’s requirements, and analytics, we came up with a design and development specification for both the mobile app and the server. The mobile app was adapted to the customer’s devices that ran on android.
